Overview

The 1893 House Project was new construction of a 4,997 square foot custom home to house the Headmaster at Mercersburg Academy. Unique areas of the house included a Guest Quarters, Study, Solarium, Family Room, Living Room, Kitchen and 4 Bedrooms.  Various Architectural Elements highlighted the house such as Tray Ceilings, Curved Ceilings, Exotic Stone Countertops, Red Oak Flooring, Fully Tiled Bathrooms and two Soapstone Fireplaces.
