Matthew Rockwell, President/CEO
Matt Rockwell has been employed at Rockwell Construction Co., Inc. since 2006. His responsibilities include managing the general operations of the Company and Project Management of Rockwell Construction Co.’s key projects. Matt’s responsibilities also include leading project construction teams through both Negotiated and Design-Build Projects. Rockwell Construction performs Design-Build projects utilizing both in-house and independent project Architects and Design Consultants, depending upon the nature and scope of the project. His Project roles include cost estimating, subcontractor negotiations and Project Management. Matt has successfully overseen both residential and commercial projects for institutions in the educational, religious, and governmental sector.
Mr. J. Craig Rockwell, P.E., Chairman of the Board
Craig Rockwell is a registered Civil/Structural Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been employed at Rockwell Construction Co, Inc. since 1980. Craig monitors the general operations of the Company and provides technical advice and consultation on projects as needed.
Eldon Showalter, Project Manager
Eldon has been employed at Rockwell Construction Co, Inc. since 1981. His responsibilities including project cost estimating, subcontractor negotiations, and project management of various commercial construction projects. These include educational, religious, motel, medical and numerous other commercial facilities. Eldon’s extensive field experience and project estimating and management responsibilities gives him a thorough understanding of the requirements to successfully manage major construction projects.
Dennis Hurley, Project Manager Field Operations
Denny has been employed at Rockwell Construction Co., Inc. since 1975. His responsibilities include project coordination and quality control by performing daily visits to review status of work and coordinate daily operations with our on- site project Superintendents. His prior experience as a project Superintendent provides him with an excellent understanding of the daily demands required to successfully complete large construction projects.
